He has worked for Roche, Oxford Instruments, and was a member of the Operations Board of Huntleigh Healthcare prior to joining Fertility Focus in 2007.

Dr Mo Aslam – Technical Director BSc PhD FRSC
Mo has spent 26 years in product development, technology transfer, quality management and regulatory affairs as well as being a 6-sigma blackbelt. He has considerable experience in bringing new products to market, having worked for Amersham, Abbott, Ortho, Novartis and Enigma Diagnostics prior to joining Fertility Focus in 2007.
Maddy Kennedy – Finance director FCCA
Maddy has spent 24 years in finance, including over 12 years in healthcare. She has considerable experience of helping with the growth and funding of start-up companies. She was previously Finance Director at Alliance Pharma plc and CFO at Lab21.
Rich Shea – non-executive representative of US partner company, Norgenix BSc MBA
Rich has over 18 years healthcare industry experience including commercial operations, contract research and product development in both corporate and start-up environments. He worked for SRA, Novella, Analytika and Merck prior to joining Norgenix as Vice President of its Women’s Health division.
Robert Bernays, non-executive Director for independent shareholders OBE
Robert is an angel investor that has been involved with the company since its initial financing. Until recently, he was the chairman of the St Monica Trust for elderly care. He was awarded an OBE in 2010 for services to the community in the South West of England.
